Leaders have to welcome the criticism: there are so many critics available for a single work. All the innovations are always first said the waste by the others.

Ability to handle pressure: handling a group of people any channelizing the energy is a difficult task and leader needs to work under pressure.
Motivation: leaders must have the ability to motivate their team. A good leader will make the team to stand in a hard time and motivates them to continually do the things in better ways.
