RPG Promotion: How?

Hey, everyone! I was just wondering how I promote an RP properly around here. I'm trying to pull in bigger numbers, but I don't know if it's sticking quite as well as I intended. Can anyone help me understand how to "advertise" my RP.

And I'm NOT just trolling and using this as an outlet to advertise it. I really want to know where I go to post promo pieces in the forums and stuff like that. It hasn't been made very clear thus far. o.O
